Where’s the love ya’ll? It was also confusing to see that they only had top 8 to battle in each category and most of them being Corean poppers or lockers. Anyway, Popping J took it for Corea in Popping. The boy is DOPE! And Japan too it for Locking by Takashi. Now they also had a solo Bboy Battle which was pretty awkward. Top 8~ Bboy Just Do It took it for Holland in the solo Battles. Although he had a shakey start, he came out with better sets each time he came out. Bboy Lil G and Bboy Neguin was off the hinges though! And Bboy Lil Kev was killing it too! The final battle was between him and Just Do It. Me and the crew were really disappointed about Bboy Wing though, he barely did anything! So he was taken out by elimination~ Now what made the first day of R16 really worth it was the acts in between the battles. The first performance was stupid dope! With Corean traditional drumming, dancing, bboying, and the traditional martial arts of Tae Kwon Do! I’ll be putting up footage around 16:00. The battery is dead from our cameras so hold on! The second performance was by a Popping Crew in Corea which was also dope! (Footage to be uploaded) We’ll see how today goes though, it’e the crew performances and battles. See tuned…..

DAY 2:
B-BOY PERFORMANCE & CREW BATTLE COMPETITION

DATE:

July 4th 2010 (Sun) 6 p.m.~9 p.m.

LOCATION:
OLYMPIC PARK / OLYMPIC HALL

On day 2, the performance competition and crew battle competition with crews participating from 8 different countries will held. In the performance competition, the contestants will show their creative routines to prepared music in limited time of under 4 minutes. The ranks determined through the performance competition will decide the order of the battle tournament. 8 qualified teams will attend the tournament and the winner will achieve the title of the world’s best b-boy crew along with a cash prize of $14,000.
